# Billing & Credits

> How credits work, pricing, and managing your account

AudioShake uses a credit-based billing system. You purchase credits in the [AudioShake Dashboard](https://dashboard.audioshake.ai) and spend them as you process audio.

## How credits are calculated

Credits are charged **per minute of source audio, per target model**. Duration is always rounded up to the nearest minute.

## Examples

**A 3-minute song with 2 targets at 1.0 credit/min each:**

> 3 min x 2 targets x 1.0 = **6 credits**

**A 45-second clip with 1 target at 1.5 credits/min:**

> 1 min (rounded up) x 1 target x 1.5 = **1.5 credits**

**A 10-minute podcast with dialogue + music\_fx at 1.5 credits/min each:**

> 10 min x 2 targets x 1.5 = **30 credits**

## Purchasing credits

Purchase credits in the [AudioShake Dashboard](https://dashboard.audioshake.ai) under your billing settings.

## Payment history

Receipts and transaction history are available in **Settings > Purchases** in the dashboard.
